Poarch Creek purchase of Pennsylvania casino approved.

In May of 2019, the Poarch Creek casino operation announced it was spending $1.3 billion to buy the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The new casino, called Wind Creek Bethlehem, features a 282-room hotel, and a 183,000-square-foot casino floor with 3,000 slot machines. Renaissance in Aruba, Curacao Sold

In October of 2017, the Poarch Creek casino operation purchased two new gaming properties on islands in the Caribbean. These were the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino on Oranjestad, Aruba, and the Renaissance Curacao Resort and Casino in Willamsted, Curacao.
